SS Ribbon Blender

SWAN MANUFACTURING Ribbon Blender is a heavy-duty industrial powder mixing machine designed for the efficient and uniform blending of dry powders, granules, crystals and other bulk solid materials. The Ribbon Blender is widely used in food processing, pharmaceutical, chemical, agricultural, mineral, construction and other industrial applications.

The Ribbon Blender Machine is designed with a horizontal U-shaped mixing trough and specially designed ribbon agitators. The inner and outer ribbons create an efficient mixing pattern, continuously moving the material in opposite directions to achieve uniform mixing.

SWAN MANUFACTURING manufactures Ribbon Blender Machines in different capacities and configurations according to customer requirements. The machine can be supplied with a suitable geared motor, gearbox, control panel, discharge arrangement and customized material-contact parts.

Delivery time shall be as mutually agreed and shall be calculated from the date of receipt of the confirmed Purchase Order and agreed advance payment. Delivery schedules are subject to availability of materials, production conditions, transportation, and other circumstances beyond the control of SWAN MANUFACTURING. Any delay caused due to the buyer, including delay in payment, site readiness, approval, unloading arrangements, foundation work, electrical connection, manpower, crane/forklift arrangements, or other site requirements, shall not be considered a delay on the part of SWAN MANUFACTURING. The buyer shall ensure that the site is fully ready before dispatch/installation, including suitable foundation, electrical power supply, access for transportation, unloading facilities, lifting equipment, and required manpower.
